Purchase, license, and AI-help terms

Free student workbook

The free student workbook is a controlled download for an individual learner's personal educational use; it is not an open educational resource. It may not be mirrored, publicly posted, adapted, translated, bundled, resold, or redistributed except within the express scope of a family, teacher, tutor, classroom, or school license.

Question credits

One credit purchases one personalized Mission Tutor request. Course lessons, quizzes, scores, stored quiz explanations, and answers served from the course's locked answer registry do not consume purchased credits.

A credit is returned automatically when the personalized AI service fails to produce a usable response. Credits do not represent cash, cannot be transferred outside the student assignment selected at checkout, and have no cash value.

AI limitations and privacy

Personalized prompts are sent to the configured AI service to generate educational help. Do not include private, sensitive, medical, financial, or identifying information in a prompt. Generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against course materials or with an educator.

The application records operational information such as the student account, lesson, mode, response status, credit charge, estimated cost, and time. It is designed not to store the submitted problem or generated answer in the tutor event log.

Purchases and refunds

Prices and the number of credits are displayed before checkout. PayPal processes the payment. A parent or purchaser may assign credits to a registered student account by email.

Refund requests are reviewed by the site operator. An approved full refund may remove unused credits associated with that purchase. Credits already used may not be available to reverse; the order record will retain the refunded amount and credit-reversal history for accounting.

Teaching licenses

The Individual Teacher Edition licenses the digital teacher guide to one named educator for that educator's personal preparation and instruction. It does not include a household or classroom bundle, Mission Tutor credits, sharing the teacher guide with another educator, or school-wide use.

The Independent Tutor License licenses the digital teacher guide to one named tutor for use with clients that tutor teaches directly. It does not cover a tutoring company, additional tutors, a classroom or school, sharing the teacher guide, or Mission Tutor credits.

The Family Launch Bundle licenses one household and up to six learners in that household. It does not cover a co-op, tutoring business, classroom, or another household.

The Teacher Classroom Launch Bundle licenses one named teacher and one class or instructional group of up to 30 students. Additional teachers, classes, schools, or organizations require additional licenses or a school agreement.

The family and classroom bundles each include 100 Mission Tutor questions. After the launch promotion, the same bundles remain available at their displayed regular prices.

Licensed purchasers may provide the free student workbook to covered learners. The teacher guide may not be publicly posted, resold, or shared beyond the named license holder and the scope stated above. Launch pricing ends October 23, 2026; licenses purchased during the offer remain valid afterward.

Multiple educators, multiple classes, tutoring companies, co-ops, and school-wide use require a written school or organization quote.
